Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no cost.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in permanent account suspension.
